Beagle Quilt

We went to Kentucky this past weekend . . . yes, again . . . sometimes I think we should just move down there, we spend so much time there . . . and I would probably love it.

We went to the Little Warrior Fish Fry/Picnic, an event to raise money for the UBGF (United Beagle Gundog Federation) and the DSBGF (Deep South Beagle Gundog Federation) and to honor Jess and Gladys Yates for their years of service to both organizations.

They held an auction of donated items to raise funds for the clubs. I donated a little beagle wall quilt. Here’s a picture of it. Beagle QuiltI have no idea how much it brought, but they did say that the event raised $6000 — I’d call that quite successful.
