Week 3 Finishes

For some reason, this didn’t get posted yesterday. Oh, wait, I know why! I didn’t have them finished — I’m a day late! But I’m caught up now, and need to get crackin’ on next week’s finishes. So without further ado, here’s what I finished this week . . .

Stashballs is DONE!!!!!! Woohoo!! Such a relief for me . . .

My first Procrastination Challenge Project is finished — finally! My money pot got up to $107! I’ve decided to save it and put it toward an attachment I want to buy for my longarm.

It’s time to pick the next project, so I’ll be adding more money to the pot soon. Check in on Monday when I’ll write a PC Update post so you can see what I’ll be up to next.

I also finished one of my Pay It Forward gifts. I can’t show you a picture, because I don’t want to ruin the surprise for my recipient. I hope to finish the last one over the weekend, and have them all in the mail on Monday. Now to go get busy on two things I can finish for next week . . .

  1. Congratulations on finishing Stashballs. I like it.

  2. Yea for You! It feels good to finish, especially something that has been haunting you. I finished a little experiement quilt. It started as a burst of energy from the post-Christmas list sewing and the challenge clean out of my sewing stuff that you encouraged. It was so much fun and I was pleased enough with it that the big-sister version (using the rest of the fabric) is laid out and ready for borders. It is funky and modern, not my usual line, but strangely appealing (at least to me).

  3. How fun and what a wonderful feeling you get when you finish a quilt. Love the colors!

  4. I really like Stashballs – the colors are great. Congrats on finishing!
