Can it be that we’re already halfway through this year? Ack!!!!
The QQB met last week, and Marge and I didn’t have anything to show for it.
Rose Marie, after her big display last month, even toned it down a little. But here she is with her Propeller Quilt. She says she’s going to finish it and use it in her kitchen, maybe as a table topper, because she says it’s nice kitchen colors. It IS nice kitchen colors. I’m busting to make a quilt like this. Must . . . Resist . . . Urge . . .
And Katy of the Flying Fingers, who only just received her pattern book at the last QQB meeting, has already whipped out her “Across the Wide Missouri” quilt top. Amazing! We will not be discussing the state of all of MY Kansas City Star BOM projects at this time.
We dined on a most delicious Taco Salad prepared by Rose Marie, with White Chocolate Salad for dessert. I felt completely spoiled . . . and foundered.
We meet again on July 14th, which will be here before you know it.
