Last Sunday, Big Dan had to have emergency surgery for kidney stones (don’t these things always happen on a weekend or holiday?).

Our vet got him all fixed up, and he’s back to his regularly scheduled program, as you can see above.

  1. Wow, Big Dan sure worked hard at reading that pattern!!

  2. yes one really enjoys the life of a cat…………I thought the same thing, he was studying it awfully hard, new pattern?? , am assuming he approved since he went to hold the box down that was trying to escape. Glad he’s doing so well after his visit to the vet!

  3. Looks pretty similar to Maggy & Kato’s typical day… I really like the pattern reading, nice animal trick.

  4. Glad to see your assistant is feeling better now. 🙂

  5. LOL! Looks like Big Dan is living the life of Riley! My MIL had that same surgery. 🙂 Hope Big Dan takes it easy for a while and I’m glad Doc fixed him up.

  6. S’funny but I just read the previous comments and all’s I could think ’bout was, “WOW! This would make such a GROOVY and DIFFERENT (but huge) kind of clock!!!” LOL

  7. This is hilarious. I love it. I want to be Big Dan!
